All prints are produced to order using premium giclée printing and shipped securely from our professional print partner.

Dispatch Time

• Prints: usually shipped within 3–5 working days.

• Digital products (brush packs): available for instant download.

• United Kingdom: £6.45 (Courier £12.99)

• Germany: £6.45 (Courier £13.03)

• EU: £10.95 (Courier £19.30)

• EEA: £15.50 (Courier £35.09)

• United States: Courier £37.50

• Canada: Courier £45.00

• Rest of World: Courier £65.79

Please note: Digital products such as Procreate brush packs have no shipping cost.

Delivery Times

• UK: approx. 2–5 working days after dispatch

• Europe: approx. 5–10 working days

• USA, Canada, Rest of World: approx. 7–14 working days

Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how I can help:

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos.

• I’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Change of Mind

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in original condition.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Once received, I’ll issue a refund (minus the original shipping cost).

Exclusions

• Digital products (brush packs, downloads) are non-refundable.
